What Does An SGPT Session Look Like?

Posted On May 16, 2024

Little insight into our SGPT program (Small Group Personal Training) in Ely. 😊👊

Check out the photos attached please.

I hope you notice: there is a mix of male and female, different ages, mixed abilities, different sizes and shapes. NO-ONE CARES!

It’s irrelevant on our program which is hugely INCLUSIVE.

Everything tailored to each person to make them feel successful (not left behind, feeling silly).

People teamed up with those with similar abilities and personalities to support each other. In a small, coachable group.

It’s great craic too! 👌

Despite the differences, these very different people are bonded by a similar goal: to feel fitter, toned, stronger and to walk out, feeling energised for life.

We strive every single session to be the antithesis of what the traditional “class” has felt like for most people…..

Turning up, one-size-fits-all, uninspiring, standing at the back, wondering what is going on, feeling very awkward, being coached by someone who doesn’t tailor anything to anyone.

With over 100 members – we think it’s working!
