Meet Louise …..
We’re pleased to say she’s typical of the people – men and women around Ely – that we specialise in helping.
With a family and a busy, stressful job, she was finding it hard to exercise. So she was forced to squeeze in YouTube, home workouts when she could.
The problem was, it just wasn’t working for her (especially as she was experiencing the symptoms of menopause) and they were very sporadic.
Note: **We think it’s HARDER to work out alone at home – it SEEMS easier, but there’s no guidance AND it’s far too easy to put things ‘in the way’ making exercise something that happens ‘tomorrow’!**
But back to Louise ….
She needed some expert guidance, structured training. She needed to work alongside people who were just like her but had a real hard work ethic that would push her to work more intensely.

She’s feeling motivated, stronger, more toned, her moods have been boosted, she feels like she’s finally found something that works for her and she enjoys.
The reality is working out alone, without knowledge, support or guidance usually means going through the motions.
