Motivation Versus Disclipline

“Motivation is doing something when you feel like it. Discipline is doing it – regardless of how you feel”. 

What a great quote!

And something we always profess to our members in Ely.

You CANNOT rely on motivation to do anything. It’s too erratic. Some days you’re on fire, on others, it’s the last thing on your mind.

In our humble opinion, no one EVER regrets making it to a workout when they didn’t feel like it. What they do regret (later that day) is NOT making the workout.
