And – Why Do We Only Do A SHORT Program?
We often get asked what our foundation program is.
Essentially, it’s a short program, around 30 days, where we do our best to make a person feel BETTER – more toned, stronger, shed a few pounds, gain more energy and mental clarity.
BUT – it’s only 30 days.
This is very specific and intentional. We’re not in the business (the traditional fitness business) of locking people into long term contracts of 6, 12 months – and they don’t end up using it!!
We use the Foundation Program to also see if a person is a good fit for our programs and we are a good fit for them. It MUST be a win-win situation.
– Does this person turn up?
– Do they GET the coaching that we offer?
– Do they take advice on board?
– Are they on time?
– Do they get on with our members?
– And so on ……
After 30 days, we’ll have a pretty good idea if things are a good idea moving forward.
Another thing to consider ……
It’s imperative that Hurley Fitness, in those 30 days, is the BEST fitness experience that person has ever experienced. Our goal is to get that person excited about what will happen if they stay on with us longer!!
We’ve all experienced (unfortunately) the one-size-fits-all leisure centre, commercial gym class, where the coach doesn’t know you (and doesn’t care).
Where no-one speaks to you, you hide at the back and haven’t a clue what the hell is going on. Just copying others (which CAN be dangerous).
We offer a warm welcome, expert guidance, support and advice, a bespoke session and most importantly — FUN!
We’ve literally blown the minds of people who say: “We didn’t know this type of place existed!” 🙂
