A *Brutal* Spin On …. ‘No Time’.

We’re all busy. And getting busier all the time.

Family, errands, phones, school runs, volunteering, cooking, gardening, working – where does all the time go? It’s amazing how much we can squeeze in, when we consider it!

AND … you’re supposed to fit exercise into this hectic schedule. When time is poor and stress is high – often health and fitness is the first to go. “I’ll get back to it” eventually, that type of idea.

We feel every session, every walk, every workout – even bad ones – is a deposit in the ‘Bank of Health’. We’re securing our future self, our quality of life. (How many of us have seen our parents deteriorate in later years with fitness and mobility?)

And so, we feel exercise is a non-negotiable. A priority over many things that fill our weekly calendar.

This is gonna punch you in the gut!

Not making time NOW means making time for hospital appointments LATER.

Think about it >>>>

We’d all take three hours out of out schedule TODAY if we were informed we needed a hospital scan. We’d be there in a flash. We’d organise everything else around that important appointment.

But organising things around exercise (our early, get-out-of-jail card) ‘just isn’t possible’.

At our personal training gym in Ely, we see busy people factoring exercise into their lives. Sure, there are late meetings called and sick kids that need picked up from school. But they still get there – fair play!

It’s all about priorities. It would be great to believe that someone reads this and is inspired to really scrutinise their calendar. 🙂
