How Liz Discovered Strength, Confidence, and a New Lease of Life at 65 with Hurley Fitness

Liz is 65 years old and lives in Hadham. After recently celebrating her 65th birthday, she reflected on just how much her life has changed since joining Hurley Fitness.

Before becoming a member, Liz had never really done any structured fitness training. Apart from walking and some cycling, the gym environment was completely new to her.
